General Info, Terms and Conditions (including online bidding):

  • if a lot receives a bid within the last 5 minutes it will remain open for an additional 5 minutes.
  • If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5minutes.
  • If no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the timer runs out.

15% buyer’s premium in effect for online only sales. Terms and Conditions announced at any live sale take precedence over listed terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

All Items are sold as is where is how is. We do our very best to describe items with words and pictures but please, come have a look so you know exactly what you’re bidding on. Any items not picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned. After 30 days they will be resold and not available to the previous buyer. Payment must be made in cash at pickup, Credit card, or preapproved Check.

Shipping Items. We are not a packing or shipping company. If you would like us to pack and ship your items, the buyer assumes all responsibility for damage or loss. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to ship any items we do not feel able to ship. Postage and packing materials to be paid for by the Buyer. We generally will not ship items any larger then will fit in USPS flat rate box.
Cash, check (made payable to Cole Family Auctions), Credit Card and Pre approved Checks are all acceptable payment options.

Pickup DATES & TIMES will be included at the top of your invoice. Please make every effort to pick up during these times as pickup outside of this schedule will be limited. Our facility is not open for walk-ins. Appointments must be made outside of this schedule. We can NO LONGER hold items past 30 days of the auction ending unless arrangements have been made with James. We have limited space and every inch we have is needed for us to provide quality online auctions for your bidding pleasure. These items will be resold at the auction houses discretion and no longer available to you.

If you purchase large item(s), PLEASE BRING HELP!! There may not be anyone who is able to help load.
